Signs you might recognise
ADHD doesn't always look like what you expect. It often shows up in quiet, frustrating ways you've been living with for years.
You've Googled 'do I have ADHD' more than once — and you're still not sure
You can't start tasks until the pressure is unbearable — then you do them all at once
You're constantly late, no matter how many alarms you set
People say you interrupt them, but you're terrified of losing the thought
You jump between ideas, hobbies, and plans — nothing sticks for long
You know you're capable, but something invisible keeps getting in the way
If this feels familiar, it's worth exploring. Not to label yourself — but to start understanding your patterns and what they might mean.

Common questions
Can you really tell if you have ADHD from an online test?
No online test can diagnose ADHD — only a qualified clinician can do that. But a well-built screening can tell you whether your patterns are consistent with ADHD, and give you something concrete to take to your GP. That's what this does.
I wasn't hyperactive as a child. Can I still have ADHD?
Absolutely. The 'hyperactive boy' stereotype misses most adults with ADHD — especially women. Inattentive ADHD is quieter: daydreaming, losing track of conversations, struggling with admin. This screening covers all presentations.
How long does this take?
About 3 minutes. 18 questions, each takes a few seconds. You'll get your results immediately — no waiting, no email required.
Is this private?
Completely. Your answers are processed in your browser. We don't store your responses or require any personal information.
